1. Description of Promotion

Welcome to this weeks limited time promotion (the “Promotion”), where, subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible participants who satisfy the Promotion Requirements (as defined in Section 4 below) during the Promotion Period (as defined in Section 2 below) will receive the Promotion Bonus (as defined in Section 5 below). The Promotion is sponsored by Casino Time Inc., (the “Sponsor”). In these Terms and Conditions, a reference to “you”, “your” or “participant(s)” is a reference to persons wishing to participate in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion and redemption of the Promotion Bonus is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with all requirements set out in, these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 00:01 AM ET on February 26, 2026, and conclude on 11:59 PM ET on March 1, 2026 (each such day a “Promotion Day” and collectively the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

To enter the Promotion, you must be at least 19 years of age, have a Casino Time Account (as defined in Section 6 below) and be physically present in Ontario when you participate in the Promotion. You must also have completed at least one deposit successfully to your player wallet.

Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.

Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, the Sponsor and/or one or more of its affiliates and/or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions in which the Sponsor and/or its affiliates and/or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.

4. Action Required

To participate in the Promotion on any Promotion Day of the Promotion Period, access the Eligible Game, use your Casino Time Account to make one or more Casino wager(s) on the eligible casino game (“Eligible Game”) available for the “Promotion” during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Wager”).

Wager Method: Log into your Casino Time Account and play the Eligible Casino Game (as defined in Section 10 below). For every milestone reached in the participating games, you will earn Bonus Funds as follows:

• Milestone 1 (10 bets): $2 Bonus Funds
• Milestone 2 (20 bets): $6 Bonus Funds
• Milestone 3 (30 bets): $12 Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds comes with a 1x playthrough requirement. Each player can earn a maximum of $20 Bonus Funds. All bets must be $1 or more.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Upon completing the Promotion Requirements, players will earn a Casino Bonus (the “Promotion Bonus”).

The Promotion Bonus will be automatically credited in the Rewards section of each player’s Casino Time account once a milestone is reached. Bonus Funds Rewards are valid for 3 days from the time they are awarded. Once claimed, players have 7 days to complete the 1x wagering requirement.

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, you must have an active real money verified account on CasinoTime.ca. Creating a Casino Time Account is free; however, you will be required to verify your identity and agree to the Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the website (as set out below). If you do not agree to the Casino Time’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create a Casino Time Account or participate in the Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in the Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

8. Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds

Winnings associated with milestones are awarded in Bonus Funds.

The bonus wagering requirement is 1x the Bonus Funds. This is also referred to as the playthrough requirements.

The bonus wagering requirement must be completed within 7 days.

Should the individual opt out prior to completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and winnings associated from the bonus will be removed from the player’s account.

Players may opt in to multiple bonuses concurrently; however, wagering activity may only be applied to one bonus wagering requirement at a time. Wagering is applied exclusively to the earliest activated eligible bonus until its wagering requirements are fully satisfied, the bonus expires, is forfeited by the player, or is otherwise lost in accordance with the bonus terms. Only after that point will wagering apply to the next eligible activated bonus, if applicable.

Game contribution rates toward the Wagering Requirement are determined in accordance with Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions and apply to all Bonus Funds issued under this Promotion.

9. Withdrawal Restrictions

An individual must first complete the wagering requirement prior to being able to cash out any associated winnings from the Bonus Funds.

11. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in the Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at customersupport@casinotime.ca However, any Promotion Bonus amount in your Casino Time Account may be forfeited.

13. Additional Terms

Administration: The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Time Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by the Sponsor's own negligence. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual's name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates.

Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Miscellaneous: No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
