If you encounter a conflict or dispute during your Nova Spin voyage, our mission control is here to mediate fairly.
Conflict Management Protocol
1. Initial Contact: Always record your session and notify Galactic Comm within 3 solar days.
2. Internal Review: Our flight logs will be reviewed by senior supervisors (up to 7 days).
3. Local Mediation: If a resolution is not found, we submit all logs to the AGCO for external review.
4. Final Verdict: The directive from iGaming Ontario is considered final and binding to all orbits.
