Galactic Charter: Terms and Conditions
By entering the Nova Spin zone, you agree to abide by these basic rules of the galaxy.
1. Eligibility as a Pilot
You must be at least 19 solar years of age and physically located within the province of Ontario during your flight session at Nova Spin. One terminal per individual is permitted.
2. Account Verification
Before any fuel distributions (withdrawals) from your terminal, you must complete the coordinate verification process, proving your identity and location.
3. Promotions and Missions
All Supernova Spins and deposit boosts come with specific mission parameters (wagering requirements). Most welcome offers require a 15x or 1x playthrough as detailed in the mission brief.
4. Safe Play Directive
Your journey is your responsibility. Any violation of these charter rules (sole discretion of Nova Spin) will result in immediate disqualification and possible loss of winnings.
5. Galactic Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
